We’ve been using Hammer Recoverite to help us back up after hard training sessions and races for a few months now, and I am always able to train and race harder the day after using Recoverite. It really helps the body recover from those hard days which is vital for stage racing.
I love the chocolate flavour, but lately I’ve been making up my recovery shakes in the blender with;
2 Scoops of Strawberry Recoverite
1 or 2 Bananas
Cold Milk
And they are awesome!
So we’d recommend Recoverite, as it’s easy to drink and really helps with recovery.
