Winning Super Masters at the Willo Enduro
Garry is a highly experienced endurance racer. Competing in the Master and Super Masters categories, Garry has won his category at the National 24hr championships for the past five years.
Even when competing in open categories, Garry is still a contender. He finished 2nd overall in the 2011 Mountains to Beach stage race, and has won the masters category for the last two years.
Throughout 2011, Garry has had category wins in races from 75km through to 24hr races.
In 2012, Garry was a finalist for Cycling Australia Masters Mountain Biker of year. He convincingly won the masters category at the XCM series, was Series Champion in masters at the STM series and won category National Championship titles in both Solo 24 and Marathon distance.
Garry is consistently ranked in the top 10 (and has been ranked as high as 3rd) in the Cycle Nation rankings against all mountain bikers in Australia.
For 2013 Garry will defend his championship titles at the STM and XCM series and the National 24 Solo Championships. Garry will also contend his category at the World championships in October, where he is likely to be the race favourite in his category.
